Developing leadership for the future 

The aim of this programme was not just to teach leadership skills, but to create a network of leaders across the business – in different geographies, functions and specialisms – who could collectively and with agility could address the most complex issues the company faced.

 

The programme ran over 6 months, including taught elements led by business schools, individual and team coaching, a social responsibility team project, and business project sponsored by a member of the Executive Board. Participants built sustained connections that supported business development, and the majority achieved substantial career moves in the 2 years after completion.
