With over 11 years experience on the Executive Boards of international organisations, Catherine launched People Perception Ltd to ensure that practical, high quality HR was available to all businesses - no matter their size.

With international experience across Middle East, Africa, South America and Europe, Catherine specialises in:

  • Initial development of new HR strategy and programmes

Group HR Director for 11 years with BMI Healthcare and Interserve plc

Consultancy with Big 4 (KPMG), specialist occupational psychologists SHL, own business focussing particularly on post M&A integration

Multi sector experience including roles with the BBC, Sotheby's and BAA
